The National Gallery
As one of the most visited art galleries in the world, the National Gallery required a heating system that could seamlessly integrate with its historic structure while maintaining the highest standards of performance. Viega’s Megapress provided a reliable, long-lasting solution, ensuring the preservation of both the artwork and the building’s infrastructure
Queens House
As a masterpiece of 17th-century architecture, The Queen’s House required the utmost care in any renovations. Profipress was chosen for its durability, while Sanpress Inox provided a corrosion-resistant solution for the water supply.
The Maritime Museum
A site of global heritage significance, the Greenwich Maritime Museum needed a modern plumbing system that would stand the test of time without compromising the historic fabric of the building. Viega Megapress S was specified for use in the basement, with Profipress S used to carry the energy from the ST & PVT panels down to the basement and provided a robust solution for heating installations with minimum downtime.

The Strand Palace
A celebrated London hotel since 1909, the Strand Palace demanded a high-quality, efficient plumbing system to support its ongoing refurbishments. Viega’s flame-free, Profipress for the copper pipework with Megapress being used on the larger steel risers throughout the building without disrupting guests or the hotel’s operations.

Coming from an installation background as a pipefitter, when you feel something, you get a good gauge for quality, and as soon as you touch a Viega Profipress or Megapress fitting, you just know how good it is and you can tell the quality behind it and the way it's been manufactured. You don't get much more complex projects than a hospital project and if we're using Viega in projects like that, then there's no reason why you can't use it anywhere else.
