The Temponox pipe in tried-and-tested stainless steel quality is also part of the product range.
With a wide choice of fire protection solutions , Temponox also enables zero clearance in floor lead-ins, for example. This way, the system offers the perfect symbiosis of corrosion-resistant quality and economic efficiency.

The diverse individual components are available in dimensions from 15 to 108 mm and can be cold-pressed using the tried-and-tested Viega pressing technology.

High level of safety thanks to the Viega SC-Contur
The Viega SC-Contur feature is included on every press connector from the Temponox system, ensuring that any inadvertently unpressed connection points will visibly leak when the system is filled. It also allows the entire system to be monitored with a centralised leakage test. This eliminates the need for time-consuming visual checks while also reducing the amount of work required and the risk of leaking connections.
Recognisable at a glance: not suitable for drinking and fresh water
The area of application for the Temponox piping system can be recognised at first glance thanks to the two brown lines on the pipes and the matching brown dots and “Not approved for drinking and fresh water applications” markings on the press connectors. This prevents confusion with Viega’s stainless steel piping systems for drinking water installations and avoids mixing components from different piping systems.
To make the system identifiable even in poor lighting conditions, all system elements also feature four tactile markings at their ends.

The Temponox product range
Temponox has everything you need for the smooth installation of cooling and heating systems.
These components include elbows, T-pieces and flanges in dimensions from 15 to 108 mm – all approved by TÜV Rheinland – and also the Temponox 1.4520 stainless steel pipe. To accommodate special requirements, the standard EPDM sealing elements can be easily replaced with FKM sealing elements.
To install the system, all you need is one of our well-known Viega Pressguns and the corresponding press jaws. Being able to use your existing tools in this way makes the installation process so much easier.
